Who I am
This website, gonzalobermejo.com, is run by Gonzalo Bermejo, Cebu City, Philippines. For anything about your data, write to me@gonzalobermejo.com.
What I collect
Only your email address, and only if you subscribe. I also see basic information that MailerLite records when you sign up or open my emails (such as the date you subscribed, your approximate location and whether you opened or clicked).
Why I collect it
- To send you the emails you signed up for.
- To understand which emails are useful, so I can write better ones.
I only email you because you asked me to. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who handles your data
Your email address is stored by MailerLite, my email service provider. Hosting and basic, cookie-free traffic statistics are provided by Cloudflare. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own data protection terms.
How long I keep it
For as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data, I remove it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use, at any time. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top.
